Empower FCU ranked 11th “Best Company to Work for in New York State”

SYRACUSE — Empower Federal Credit Union announced that it has been ranked number 11 among the top large employers in the state, according to the New York State Society for Human Resource Management’s (NYS-SHRM) annual Best Companies to Work for in New York State awards program.

Created in 2007, this annual program evaluates and ranks the best places of employment in the state based on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies. Employees’ survey responses count for 75 percent of the ranking formula.

“The award is truly a reflection of the staff and their commitment to our membership. We recognize we are only as good as our employees, and the high level of service they provide daily is what differentiates us,” Erin Fuller, VP of human resources & training at Empower, said in a news release.
