Eric Mower + Associates (EMA) recently promoted two employees. Kelly Staruck, previously senior research strategist, has been promoted to research manager. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bentley College and an MBA in marketing communications from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. Lindsey Ferrara has been promoted to senior project manager at EMA. She was previously a project manager. Ferrara holds a bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
