The company’s Empire Farmstead Brewery is a new manufacturing and agri-tourism facility at 33 Rippleton Road in Cazenovia. Empire Brewing is building the 28,000-square-foot facility on a 22-acre property.
Empire Brewing, headquartered at 120 Walton St. in Syracuse’s Armory Square area, is a brewer of handcrafted ales and lagers.
Most of the equipment, which the company will use to produce its ales and lagers, will arrive at the site over a three-day period, Empire Brewing said in a news release issued Friday.
In addition to the tanks and vessels that Feldmeier manufactured, the brewery’s new bottling line and water-treatment facility were also set for delivery.
Empire Brewing anticipates distributing its product from the facility beginning in April.
It held a groundbreaking for the brewery’s construction last May.
