First Source Federal Credit Union has promoted two senior executives to the leadership team as part of its five-year plan. MIKE PARSONS, current president/CEO, while retaining the title of CEO, will move into a long-term strategic planning role. He will also be chief strategist, membership & community relations ambassador, and continue as First Source’s chief political advocate in Albany and Washington, D.C. TOM NEUMANN, currently executive VP/COO, will assume the role of president/COO of First Source Federal Credit Union. He will report to the board of directors and continue to work closely with the CEO on long-term strategic issues. During his 23-year tenure at the credit union, 16 years as president/CEO, Parsons has steered the credit union through “tremendous growth,” the credit union said.
