CLAY, N.Y. — Fit Body Boot Camp, a personal training franchise operated by Jen and Mike Sherbourne, recently leased 2,500 square feet of retail space at 5223-25 West Taft Road in the town of Clay.

Ed Kiesa of CBRE/Syracuse represented the landlord and the tenant was represented by Catalyst Commercial Group, of Scottsdale, Arizona, according to a CBRE news release. Lease terms were not provided.

The local franchise, which calls itself the North Syracuse Fit Body Boot Camp, is currently getting the space ready and targeting a Jan. 8 opening. In a Dec. 18 Facebook posting, it posted some construction/renovation progress photos, indicating that there is “still lots to do but we’re getting it done.”
