Five startups complete CenterState CEO’s Syracuse Surge Accelerator program

CenterState CEO says the inaugural group of five BIPOC-led startups involved in the Syracuse Surge Accelerator has completed the program. BIPOC is short for Black-Indigenous-Persons of Color.
