SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Food Bank of Central New York has elected three new board members, for the fiscal year that began in July 2014. The new members are Mark Ciaralli, Lt. Col. Edward Cook, Jr., and Peggy Rowe. Each was elected to three two-year terms.
In addition to the new board members, Food Bank’s new officers are president, Steven Shaw, Hancock Estabrook, LLP; vice president, Scott Kingsley, Community Bank System, Inc.; secretary, Kathy Kratz, Wegmans Food Markets; and treasurer, Mark Ciaralli, Grossman St. Amour CPAs.
Ciaralli is a senior manager at Grossman St. Amour. He is a CPA in New York state and a certified fraud examiner.
Cook has served as the Logistics Readiness Squadron Commander, 174th Attack Wing, New York Air National Guard, since 2009. He has received more than two dozen military awards and decorations including the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, and Joint Service Commendation Medal with device.
Peggy Rowe, CPA, is an audit partner with Dannible & McKee, LLP. She has more than 20 years experience and is currently responsible for overseeing audit, accounting, and consulting services in the financial services and not-for-profit industries.
