Slocum-Dickson Medical Group has appointed Frank V. Servadio director of human resources. He joins the group with more than 30 years experience in employee relations including: staff and leadership development, recruitment, performance appraisal, and employee satisfaction. Servadio has 14 years experience in human resources particularly in the health-care field, having previously held the position of human resource manager for a health-care facility in Syracuse. He earned his master’s degree in management from SUNY Binghamton and his bachelor’s degree in professional studies in human services from SUNY College of Technology. In addition to his professional experience, Servadio serves as an instructor for the Center for Family Life and Recovery’s Drinking and Driving Program.
