“We are incredibly grateful to the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York for their continued support and commitment to our local non-profits,” Cutrona said in the announcement. “This funding will make a meaningful difference in the lives of so many in Seneca County by allowing these organizations to continue the vital work they do for our community.”

It’s the second successful round of grant money secured by Generations Bank from the FHLBNY, following similar funding awarded in December 2023 to benefit five nonprofits in Union Springs.

Cutrona also extended his thanks to Tom Settino, VP of member relations at FHLBNY, for bringing the funding opportunity and application process to his attention.
