DiMarco Constructors recently hired Gerald (Gerry) Speach as a project superintendent. He brings more than 30 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Most recently, Speach worked as a superintendent with Schimenti Construction, where he oversaw projects for major retailers, including Kohl’s, Target, Victoria’s Secret, Best Buy, Home Goods, and Gap, among others. He earned an associate degree in building construction and business management from Dean Junior College in Franklin, Mass. and a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Utica College.
