WHITESBORO, N.Y. — The Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce honored its Business of the Year award winners and nominees at a ceremony on Dec. 8 at Hart’s Hill Inn in Whitesboro.
The chamber presented awards to winners in five categories and this year’s winners are the following:
“This event is always so special to us as it gives us the opportunity to recognize what our business community has accomplished in the past year,” Greater Utica Chamber Executive Director Kari Puleo said in a news release. “Each and every business and non-profit recognized today plays a part in what makes the greater Utica area a unique and special place to live, work, and play.”
Finalists were evaluated and selected based on their staying power, response to challenges, product/service innovation, growth within their industry, commitment to the Mohawk Valley region, longevity, community involvement, public service, business leadership, and involvement in the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce.
