Morrill’s focus on the community is demonstrated beyond his board positions through his donations, both financially and with the skillsets he possesses, to benefit local nonprofits and organizations, the Greater Utica Chamber said in a news release.

This past September, Morrill advocated for and participated in the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce’s Community Business Expo. The event drew more than 120 vendor participants and included a Technology Circle.

Morrill, the release noted, brainstormed the idea of having local technology companies exhibit together in a designated area of the show as a way to bring attention to the expertise available at local technology firms.
