CORTLAND, N.Y. — Guthrie Cortland Rehabilitation Services has plans to consolidate its offices to one location.

Effective Aug. 29, the organization will locate all physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services at the campus of Guthrie Cortland Medical Center (GCMC).

This includes services that are currently offered at Guthrie’s Fisher Avenue outpatient office. That office will close at the end of business on Friday and relocate to GCMC on Monday.

The move allows Guthrie’s health-care partners and patients to connect with the organization at one location “for their rehabilitation needs, in a more convenient setting,” Guthrie Clinic said.

The nonprofit Guthrie Clinic describes itself as a multispecialty health system that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education.

Based in Sayre, Pennsylvania, the Guthrie Clinic is a five-hospital system with a network of outpatient facilities that spans nearly 9,000 square miles in Pennsylvania and upstate New York.
