LORETTO
MEREDITH BOSS has been promoted to director of nursing at Loretto Health & Rehabilitation. Previously assistant director of nursing for short-term rehabilitation, Boss was an integral part of the planning and opening of the restorative care unit. Boss holds an applied science degree of nursing from Crouse Hospital College of Nursing and a bachelor’s in nursing from Keuka College, and will complete her master’s degree in nursing and become an advanced practice family nurse practitioner in June 2020.
Loretto has also hired SHELLEY SCHLIE as director of nursing at The Nottingham RHCF, and ANNA NELSON as nurse practitioner in employee health at Loretto Health & Rehabilitation.

Schlie was previously director of nursing for an assisted-living facility in Manlius. She brings extensive experience in both long-term care and acute care. She was a clinical instructor for the local OCM BOCES LPN program and was instrumental in opening a rehab unit and developing a resident assistant program for a local long-term care facility. Schlie holds an applied science degree of nursing from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Le Moyne College.
Nelson was previously a nurse practitioner at Crouse Hospital’s employee health office. She has 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in multiple settings, including occupational medicine and employee health. She holds a master’s degree in nursing -family nurse practitioner from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner in New York state.
MOHAWK VALLEY HEALTH SYSTEM
XX CHRISTINE FATIUK has been named nurse manager of AC 3 at the St. Luke’s Campus of Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS). In this position, she is responsible for nursing operations including clinical and administrative responsibilities for AC3, an adult inpatient medical surgical unit. Fatiuk previously held a medical surgical staff nurse position at the St. Elizabeth Campus in Utica, and most recently a staff nurse position at the Medical University of South Carolina. She was elected president of the Lowcountry Oncology Nursing Society in Charleston in 2017, and from 2017-2019 she held a clinical instructor position for the Medical University of South Carolina College of Nursing’s accelerated BSN program. Fatiuk earned an associate degree from the St. Elizabeth College of Nursing in Utica, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and a master’s degree in nursing with an emphasis in nursing education from Grand Canyon University.
OSWEGO HEALTH
Oswego Health has hired XX MEAGHAN PRIMM, M.D. and XX ANDREW ROGALL, M.D. for its Fulton PrimeCare office, where both will deliver care to those of all ages. Both Primm and Rogall recently completed their family medicine residency at Louisiana State University (LSU) in addition to receiving their medical degrees from Saba University, School of Medicine, located in the Caribbean Netherlands. Rogall was also chief resident for two years, while at LSU.
