ONONDAGA, N.Y. — Onondaga Community College (OCC) announced that Dennis J. Hebert will serve the OCC Foundation’s board of directors as chair during the 2018-2019 academic year.

Hebert, a 1967 graduate of OCC, is a financial planner (senior relationship manager) at Blue Ocean Strategic Capital, LLC.

Joining Hebert on the OCC Foundation’s board leadership team for the 2018-2019 year are:

  • Alicia S. Calagiovanni, vice chair. She is a partner in the law firm Costello, Cooney & Fearon, PLLC.
  • Alexander P. Henn, treasurer. He is AXA Advisors, LLC’s VP for the Northeast Region.
  • Nancy A. Bottar, secretary. She is a registered nurse and a community leader, OCC says.

The OCC Foundation, founded in 1980, administers more than 150 scholarships and provides more than $200,000 in financial aid to students each year.
