Hilary Wilcox has joined Visions Federal Credit Union as the Norwich branch manager. She brings more than 10 years experience to her new position, ranging from branch manager at NBT to indirect lending officer at GHS Federal Credit Union. Wilcox holds a degree in business administration with concentrations in management and marketing from Elmira College. She is a 2012 graduate of the Leadership Chenango training program.
