Paul Perrotto, CFO of Hillside Family of Agencies, plans to retire and leave the organization June 30.
Perrotto is concluding 21 years with HFA and a prior 24 years in financial leadership positions in the health-care field, Hillside said in a news release. He also currently serves as Hillside’s strategic-development officer. The organization has started a search for his successor.
Perrotto earned his MBA degree from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, according to his LinkedIn page.
Changing roles
Augustin Melendez, a member of Hillside’s leadership team since 2013, will transition from his role as president of Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection (HW-SC) to serving as Hillside’s chief human resources and organizational development (HROD) officer.
Melendez, who previously was a human-resources executive at Eastman Kodak Company and Paychex, has been serving as interim chief HROD Officer since last fall. He will continue to oversee HW-SC operations until a successor is named.
