He works in the firm’s Syracuse office.
Kelepurovski is a member of Hiscock & Barclay’s corporate, health care and humans services, telecommunications, and lobbying and election-law compliance practice areas, the firm said in a news release.

Kelepurovski has experience handling business transactions, including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and dissolutions, and drafting and negotiating agreements.
He has formed, represented, and advised numerous nonprofit corporations on corporate governance and tax-exemption issues on a pro bono basis, the firm said.
