HOLT Architects recently named RICHARD J. WAGNER principal associate. He is a visionary team leader who has been a critical member of the HOLT team since 2000, the firm says. A health-care architect who holds an evidence-based design accreditation and certification, Wagner has completed more than 80 health-care projects with HOLT.
CATHERINE BLAKEMORE has been promoted to associate. She is a creative and detail-oriented architect with more than 18 years of experience. Blakemore is hands-on and works diligently with her project teams. Blakemore has been a part of more than 75 projects during her 10 years at HOLT including work for health-care, community, and college and university clients.
KELLY MAHER has been elevated to associate. She has been a critical member of HOLT Architects since joining the firm in 2015. During her tenure, she has contributed to the success of more than 40 health-care projects. Maher is known as one of HOLT’s in-house behavioral-health design specialists.
KRYSTA ATEN-SCHELL has also been designated as an associate. She has been a member of the HOLT Architects team since 2019, working as a health-care architect. Working with health-care institutions across New York state, Aten-Schell brings her LEED and WELL design accreditations and affinity for innovation to each project she undertakes. Aten-Schell has helped influence HOLT with new ideas and technologies and is a member of the firm’s in-house Revit production team.
