She has more than seven years of experience in human resources and will leverage her expertise in leave and benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance to support HR Works’ benefits administration services department. Morelli holds an associate degree in hospitality management from Onondaga Community College and is also SHRM-CP certified.

JANET FILES has joined the company as a leave and benefits coordinator. She brings more than five years of experience in human resources and will leverage her experience to support HR Works’ benefits administration services department. Files holds an associate degree in occupational studies and a master certificate in human resources.
