HTNYS adds trustees from Northern New York

Two Northern New Yorkers have been appointed to the governing board of Healthcare Trustees of New York State.

Catherine Quencer and Maureen Missert received appointments to the board. Quencer is a trustee at Watertown’s Samaritan Medical Center, while Missert is board chair for Ogdensburg’s Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.

They join a HTNYS board that includes a Southern Tier physician as vice chair. Dr. S. Jan Eberhard, who serves as board chairman for Elmira’s Arnot Health, is vice chairman of the HTNYS board.
