ICS has added several new employees to its Endicott office. VINCENT PASSANTE has joined ICS as a level II systems engineer with more than 10 years experience in IT management and technical support roles. TODD GAGE brings more than 20 years experience in the IT industry to his role as a systems engineer. DAN STONIERjoins the company after spending the past five years as a network engineer for an Ithaca–based company. He is skilled in many operating systems, programming languages, and computing equipment. In the Syracuse office, MARK HOLLINGSHEAD worked the last year as director of IT support services for a Syracuse firm before being named business development manager for ICS. His background includes extensive experience in sales, marketing, and finance. The newest account manager in Syracuse, MORGAN PRINCE, spent the last two years as a senior account executive. She has extensive experience assisting clients around the U.S. SCOTT LAFFER is a level II system engineer for ICS. His past experience includes technical support and help desk assistance at a variety of firms in higher education as well as the private sector. Most recently, Laffer focused his efforts on point-of-sale support. KATHERINE MIECZKOWSKI recently joined the ICS staff in the administrative office. In addition to various work with schools, she has a strong foundation in event planning and financial management.
