SYRACUSE, N.Y. — IHOP, a restaurant chain known for serving pancakes and other breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, has opened a new eatery on Destiny USA’s third level.
IHOP is short for International House of Pancakes. The restaurant is located between 5Wits and Margaritaville’s upcoming location.

Destiny USA announced the opening in a news release distributed on Tuesday. It had initially announced back in January that IHOP planned to open a mall location in the spring.

The restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday, Destiny USA said.

As of September 30, 2012, 1,565 IHOPs were open in 50 states and the District of Columbia, as well as in Canada, Guatemala, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, according to its website.
