DeWITT — The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New York, Inc. (IIABNY) has endorsed a Cazenovia–based firm to provide human resources services for its members.
IIABNY, a not-for-profit trade association that represents over 1,750 member agencies and brokerages, endorsed Affinity HR Group as a human-resources service provider for its members. The average IIABNY member has fewer than 20 employees, and most do not have full-time human-resources staff members, according to the organization.
“Because of their market focus on the needs of trade associations and their members, Affinity is uniquely qualified to give our members the help they need,” IIABNY Senior Vice President Lisa Lounsbury said in a news release. “Affinity is a well-respected firm known for their exceptional service, and our members will benefit greatly from their expertise.”
