CLINTON, N.Y. — Nate Discavage has joined Indium Corporation as its talent acquisition supervisor.

Discavage is responsible for developing improvements for recruiting and attracting top talent, engaging in strategic community outreach activities to develop contact with groups and organizations, managing the company’s internship program, and implementing diversity recruiting strategies, Indium announced.

Prior to joining Indium, Discavage was a recruiter at the Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL). He helped rebuild RCIL’s recruitment approach and added structure and processes to streamline the hiring timeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Discavage received a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications from St. Bonaventure University in Olean. He currently serves on Utica’s Access & Inclusion Committee.

Indium says it is a materials refiner, smelter, manufacturer, and supplier to the global electronics, semiconductor, thin-film, and thermal-management markets.
