The company will consider applicants with all levels of experience and will make on-the-spot offers to qualified candidates, plus a $500 sign-on bonus, subject to terms.

Indium will have translators available at the job fair to aid prospective employees. The company offers no-cost English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to employees.
