ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester–based Insero & Co. — which has offices in Ithaca, Cortland, and Watkins Glen — has launched a new recruiting division under the name Insero Talent Solutions, a division of Insero & Co.

Insero & Co. is an accounting and business-advisory practice.

The new division will provide recruiting services to businesses and nonprofits throughout Western and Central New York, including the Southern Tier, Rochester, and Buffalo.

David Mandrycky, VP of human resources and administration for Insero & Co., will take on a new leadership role as head of Insero Talent Solutions, the firm said.

“We saw a need from our clients for quality, pre-screened candidates in today’s landscape saturated with online job boards and applicants,” Vincent Leo, partner at Insero & Co., said. “We initially started leveraging David’s experience and professional network to help our local clients, and that service has provided an excellent foundation for this new division.”

Insero Talent Solutions will specialize in direct-hire placements for business and nonprofits with staffing needs in accounting, finance, human resources, administration and other professional, management and C-level positions.

“Effective talent selection is critical to business success,” said Mandrycky. “I look forward to working with my team to help our clients solve their hiring challenges so they can get back to growing their businesses.”
