IRENE K. KABUNDUH has joined Bousquet Holstein PLLC as an associate attorney. She is a dual citizen of the United States and Uganda. She previously served as a volunteer attorney at the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Onondaga, Inc. providing eviction defense to low-income families at Syracuse Landlord & Tenant Court and also provided information regarding other agencies offering free legal and non-legal services. Kabunduh served as summer intern in the Community Counsel Project of the Legal Services of Central NY and also worked with young adults with mental and development disabilities at Elmcrest.inc. She is a veteran of the U.S. Army, and served in Kentucky and South Korea. Her education includes a juris doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law, a master of laws degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, a postgraduate diploma in law from the Law Development Center, Uganda, and a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Dar Es Salaam School of Law, Tanzania.
