ISSI Technology Professionals announced that JENNIFER HUGHES has joined the agency as a technical recruiter. She brings experience in corporate and agency recruiting with a focus on engineering. Hughes holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Oswego. JILL E. CZYZ recently joined ISSI as a recruiting assistant. Her experience includes teaching, retail sales and management, supporting local municipalities as well as more than a decade coaching girl’s lacrosse teams. Czyz graduated from SUNY Oswego with a bachelor’s degree in communications/broadcasting & mass media. KIM KEMP has joined ISSI as technical recruiter. She brings more than five years of experience in technical, administrative, and industrial recruiting. She previously worked as a recruiter in several local agencies. Kemp has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and HR management from Columbia College.
