The Paige Group has added Jacob (Jake) Dowker as a new media and visual-arts specialist. He earned his associate degree in graphic communications and photography from Mohawk Valley Community College. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in new-media design at Empire State College. Dowker recently designed the winning logo for the Boilermaker 2014 logo competition, as well as the logo for Oneida County’s Vision 2020 initiative.
