Nicoll has significant commercial experience and has represented clients in stock and asset sales and acquisitions and joint ventures. He has represented numerous issuers, placement agents, and underwriters, and regularly counsels clients on SEC filings. Nicoll has authored numerous articles concerning current trends and developments in corporate and securities law and is also a frequent speaker. He received his juris doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
