James (Jim) Foster recently joined the Reagan Companies in Marcellus as director of customer service. With more than 20 years of insurance-industry experience, he previously worked as an underwriting manager at Travelers Insurance Company and as director of underwriting & business support at Royal Insurance. Foster earned an MBA from SUNY Oswego.
