FustCharles, a certified public accounting firm in Syracuse, has promoted Janis Young to billing manager. In this role, she will oversee the firm’s billing processes, ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with financial policies. Alongside her new responsibilities, Young will continue in her role as administrative supervisor. She joined FustCharles in 2004. Young received her associate degree in office technology from Onondaga Community College.
