Jason Santiago has been named vice president and chief operating officer of The Manor at Seneca Hill, an affiliate of the Oswego Health system. He has experience as both the administrator of a skilled nursing home and an assisted living facility. Santiago most recently served as the administrator at Camillus Ridge Terrace. Previously, he was the assistant administrator at the Auburn Nursing home, where he also earned his administrator’s license. In addition to his administrator experience, Santiago has a strong financial background, as he held the position of treasury analyst at the Chubb Corporation in Warren, N.J. He holds a master’s degree in public administration in health services management from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry and graduated from the Dale Carnegie management and leadership training program. Santiago replaced longtime Manor vice president and chief operating officer Maureen Annal, who stepped down from the position to spend more time with her family.
