SWBR has announced the promotion of Jeff Spenard, AIA, to senior associate. As Syracuse branch manager, Spenard provides staff leadership, project oversight, business-operations management, and drives market growth in the Central New York region. He has an associate degree in architectural design from Onondaga Community College.
