Jeffrey Delepine

NBT Bancorp recently hired Jeffrey Delepine as senior vice president and chief compliance officer. Before joining NBT, Delepine was senior compliance officer at Fifth Third Bank. Prior to that, he held compliance positions at First Niagara Bank, State Farm Bank, Capital One Bank, and Wells Fargo Financial. He earned his bachelor’s degree at San Jose State University in California and his credentials as a certified regulatory compliance manager through the American Bankers Association.
