JILL RICHMOND has joined Barton & Loguidice as marketing communications manager. She oversees all external communications, public relations, and strategic market research for the Salina–based engineering firm. Richmond was previously marketing director at Dannible & McKee, LLP, a Syracuse–based accounting firm. She is a graduate of SUNY Oswego and Onondaga Community College.
