Indium Corp. has promoted Jim MacPherson to assistant plant manager for the company’s Business Park Drive facility in Utica. He joined Indium in 2009 as a nanotechnologist and manufacturing process engineer. MacPherson earned a bachelor’s degree in ceramic engineering from Alfred University.
