Position Statement:
The Chief Learning and Development Officer (CLDO) will have leadership responsibility for shaping and executing an overarching vision and strategic direction for learning and professional development for Elmcrest employees. This includes conceptualizing, implementing, and promoting professional development programs and training & compliance with federal and state agencies, funders and other stakeholders.
This position will be the C-Suite member responsible for the design, updating, publication, implementation and monitoring of all agency trainings. In partnership with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the CLDO will develop, review and refine all agency development, career path, and mentorship programs
PAY RANGE: $70,00.00-75,000.00 ANNUAL SALARY
