The successful applicant will have will have a basic knowledge of commercial construction trades, practices, procedures and will be familiar with the tools, equipment and materials necessary to assist the Foreman and Site Superintendents in carrying out their duties and other projects as assigned.
– At least three (3) years experience as a Carpenter is preferred
-Erecting and dismantling concrete formwork and scaffolding.
-General wall and roof framing and sheathing
-Exterior siding, trim and roofing products
-Installation of standing and running trim
-Installation of cabinetry, doors and hardware
-Operating woodworking machines and tools such as power saws, drills, planers
-General knowledge of Building Codes
