John D. Milligan

The board of trustees of Oneida Health Systems, Inc. has appointed John D. Milligan to the position of vice president for finance. He has an extensive background in health-care finance, most recently serving as consulting partner at Fust Charles Chamber LLP. Prior to that, Milligan was the director of the Provider Audit Department at Empire Medicare Services in Syracuse, vice president of finance/treasurer at St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center, and chief financial officer at A. L. Lee Memorial Hospital. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College, where he majored in accounting, with a minor in computer sciences.
