John Egerbrecht

POMCO Group has announced the hiring of John Egerbrecht as supervisor of operations services. He will oversee the daily operations of the POMCO Group call center. Egerbrecht brings more than 13 years experience in medical-plan customer service and management. Most recently, Egerbrecht worked for six years as a customer-service supervisor at EmblemHealth, according to his LinkedIn page. Egerbrecht is a graduate of Bishop Ludden High School.
