Johnson City woman arrested for stealing wallet, making charges on victim’s credit cards

JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. — New York State Police in Binghamton announced they have arrested a Johnson City woman for stealing a wallet and making purchases on the pilfered credit cards.

State Police say they have charged Anglica C. White, age 37, with 2nd degree identity theft, a felony.
