SYRACUSE  —  Men’s clothing retailer Jos. A. Bank has sewn up an opening date for its factory store at the Destiny USA shopping mall.

The outlet will open at 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 14. It will be the third Jos. A. Bank Factory Store in New York and the first in Central New York.

The store is on the second level of the 2.4-million-square-foot mall’s expansion section. It is tucked between the Hartstrings children’s clothing and Chico’s women’s clothing stores.
