SRC, Inc. has named JOSEPH MCDERMOND director, supplier quality. He has 20 years experience working at various levels of supplier quality management. Prior to joining SRC, McDermond ran his own consulting business, McDermond Management Consulting, LLC, where he performed quality management system consulting and implementation projects. He is proficient in the automotive, motorcycle, marine and medical device industries. McDermond has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton, and a master’s degree in business administration from DeVry University. In 2004, he completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is also a certified quality manger and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
