Community Bank System, Inc. has hired Joseph Pedrotti as vice president of commercial banking for the Central New York region. He has more than 30 years of banking experience. Pedrotti was most recently a vice president with KeyBank’s Syracuse office for the last three-plus years, according to his LinkedIn page. Before that, he was a vice president with M&T Bank in Syracuse from 2000 to 2011. Pedrotti has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Columbia College and an associate degree in business administration from Onondaga Community College.
