Working from the Fulton office, she is a licensed insurance broker for ESA, holds the construction risk and insurance specialist certification and earned the professional insurance designation, chartered property casualty underwriter by the American Institute for CPCU in 2011. Welch has worked at ESA for 10 years and has more than 17 years in the insurance industry.
