KeyBank has promoted KARLA GADLEY to corporate responsibility officer for the company’s Rochester and Syracuse markets. She has 35 years experience in the financial industry throughout upstate New York. Gadley most recently served as VP and CRA program director at First Niagara, from May 2012 until the company’s merger with Key in 2016.

She previously was VP and senior regional community development manager at HSBC for more than six years. Gadley has also held positions at Fleet Bank, Citibank, and M&T Bank, after beginning her career at Empire of America in 1982. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from Medaille College, as well as an associate degree in business from Bryant & Stratton College.
