KATHERINE (KATE) FELICE has joined Barclay Damon’s Syracuse office as an associate in the branding, trademarks & copyrights, and commercial litigation practice areas. She has an extensive research and writing background including drafting appellate briefs and proposed court decisions and orders as well as editing content for the LexisNexis publication Technology Innovation Law and Practice, and authoring an article published in the Syracuse University Journal of International Law and Commerce. After graduating from Syracuse University College of Law, Felice served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and the Superior Court of New Jersey.
