KATIE BLACKBURN has been promoted to treasury analyst at Solvay Bank. She joined the bank in 2018 as a member of the finance team. Prior to joining the bank, Blackburn worked at The Bonadio Group on internal and external audits of various financial institutions. She holds a degree in accounting from St. John Fisher University.
